About

I am currently a student at Missouri State University seeking a Graphic Design degree with a minor in advertising and promotion. 

I am seeking a Bachelor’s of Fine Art in Graphic Design because I want my art to serve a purpose. My work as a graphic designer is a connection between art and my community.

I have found my passion in inviting the public into my world to see the beauty in simple, everyday products through print media. Personally, I feel a greater connection to a physical product that I can hold as opposed to viewing it on a screen. I want others to feel this same connection to my work when they hold it in their hands. I find joy in the process of brainstorming, creating, and refining each of my projects to reach the goal of sharing my art with others.  

My art explores finding simple solutions within the multitude of ideas and concepts surrounding each project. I seek to use graphic design as a problem-solving tool to help people navigate the world around them in a more interesting way. My work utilizes bold, simple shapes and colors to allow the viewer’s eyes to explore each piece and its detail. As a designer, my goal is to combine creativity and functionality to create art that everyone can experience. When I can incorporate my art into other people's lives, I have succeeded.
